Well, how about this...they were made aware on several occasions and visits that my tooth needed a cap. I went in because the tooth broke. They made an appointment, I figured at the appt they would put the cap on, nope. I was told the tooth could be saved, even though the tooth was broke down the middle. The next available appointment to put the cap on was over a month away. Now imagine having a broken tooth for over a month, well i wasn't going to wait. Today was my 1st visit, and this will be my new dentist. Comfortable and staff was extremely professional. What a pleasure.
Dr. Randal and Dr. Christian are both wonderful dentists - I have been coming here for over 20 years and will continue. Everyone is extremely nice and the office is clean and updated. I trust Reinecker Dental completely.
