RecommendedI have been taking my dog Thor to Rancocas Vet for quite a few years. Dr. Wills is the best vet I have ever encountered. Very compassionate Dr. I unfortunately had to have my 16 yr old dog put to sleep and Dr. Matt was exceptional and stayed with me and my dog until she passed. He explained everything that was going to happen. Every person in this vet office from the doctors to the secretaries are kind and compassionate people. Thank You Rancocas Veterinary Associates.

We brought our Pot Belly Pig Louie in for a look at his injured foot and his teeth. Dr Wills was wonderful and gentle with him, very thorough explaining his X-Rays, and while we were there he was groomed the same day, with fresh cut hooves and tusks cut down. We live an hour away so it was nice to have everything done in one day! He's doing so much better and happier!
Dr. Janelle Wills and her team were amazing! Even though we ended up needing to put down our furbaby because of the amount of pain that he was in, they made time for a last minute appt at 5:30pm on New Year's Eve. She was so helpful and caring while going over the bloodwork test results. Explaining everything to us in detail and even giving her true opinion of what she would do if faced with a similar situation. They were so compassionate, caring, comforting and informative. Our Sampson boy got so much love and attention from RVA staff yesterday during his surgery visit! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for such a caring group. Five stars all the way!!!
The care our Chessie Twitch received from Dr. Wills and the entire staff was beyond anything I could have asked for. They treated her as family and the compassion shown to me and my daughter when she passed was the same. They treated her with such respect and love that I cannot thank your staff enough. Even though she has been gone from us for over a week, we received a beautiful paw print that my daughter is putting in a shadow box for her Memories if Twitch. God bless you all and please know we think of you all as angels!
I bring all three of my boys (A.Bulldog/Husky-G.Shephard/Pitbull) in and whether I've had an appointment or not, they are always so courteous. They don't pressure you into unnecessary prescriptions/procedures, or charge an arm, leg, and kidney just to be seen. My boys are treated with care, and consideration.. It's not a "hurry to get to the next appointment", or "wait for forever to wait some more" environment like most places. I love this vet and would highly recommend it!
Everyone at Rancocas Veterinary is amazing! They are always friendly and helpful. And they treat my dog with such love and care. They go above and beyond to ensure my dogs confort and security, especially during her nail trims, which for a small pug with breathing issues is a traumatic experience.
