The vets are thorough and knowledgeable. I had a few issues with records not being kept properly. After taking my dog in for his rabies shot I kept getting postcards and phone calls telling me he was overdue and I had to keep reminding them that they in fact already gave it to him a few weeks earlier. I had a dog as a child that died as a result of a vet (different place) not paying attention to his records and giving him the wrong medication so this is something I pay very close attention to. RecommendedDr. Wills and Jacque were amazing with my pup Dozer. I was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t of been anymore happier. Not only did they take very good care of him, they kept me very informed about what they were doing and the after care.
I had to put my cat to sleep and Matt was very compassionate. He did blood work right at the office and assured me that it was the best thing to do. When putting a pet that is a huge part of your family to sleep it is extremely hard and I felt that he was very helpful with doing so. His staff were all friendly and compassionate as well. Their office is clean with plenty of parking out back. Thank you to Matt and his wonderful staff.
Dr Hepworth helped save my baby goat Loretta who was born only 3 pounds and unable to function. Loretta is now 55 pounds. 6 months old, and perfectly healthy. love Rancocas!!!!

I've taken two of my cats here and my chinchilla. I know the staff well and they are great!! Dr. matt is so caring with the animals and very attentive to their needs.
