RecommendedI have lived here for almost 5 months now and I have no complaints. The prices are fair, the maintenance and office staff are amazing, our apartment is really nice and big with huge windows, the complex is so pretty, all of the apts come with free storage space, there’s dog poop stations everywhere here, and there’s an amazon hub. They’ve fixed all of our maintenance requests within 1-2 days and I’ve gone to the office staff probably 10x since we’ve moved here lol and they are always so nice and help me with anything I need.... read more

The apartment is comfortable but the customer service and help from the front office is lacking. They are rude and disrespectful. The electricity and water had been turned off in the last two weeks and we have not got any notices as to why these accidents happened. We are looking forward to moving out of this complex and would not recommend anyone moving here. It’s obvious why there are so many empty balconies.
I should have read the reviews. Living in this expensive apartment and they do not fix the problem we have we just live here for two months and already having tons of problems. Can’t wait to move out from here.
do not waste money living here. I have been waiting for my bathtub to be fixed since we moved in November 2017. This was not completely fixed until July 2018. 8 months later and maintenance still isn't helpful. They also loose about 90% of your packages. when you move in they will show a mail room and an amazon hub neither one is used properly. pool is always dirty and the leasing office agents are all very hostile. DO NOT MOVE HERE
The rent amount here for what you get is outrageous. The office staff is not helpful for any kind of complaint or concerns and the rent increase I'm receiving is over $200 more a month for the longest term! For worn out carpet, old appliances and dripping water in the ceiling and walls. Not to mention my apartment has had water leaks in the ceiling and walls and flooding TWICE in the past 3 years I've been here. Awful place to live. It gets worse and worse everyday, the staff is extremely unhelpful, they are liars and don't ever follow through with fixing anything in your apartment. Don't waste your time on this place. Simply terrible, even the assistant manager is horrible to deal with. I wish we had never signed our lease here.
We have lived here for almost three years and It seems like whatever you need is always a hassle! We needed new burners for our stove and got 2 used burners and 1 new one and 1 was ours. I went to the office and was told they were changed "they were new to us". For the amount of money you pay it is pretty sad that you can't get new burners. I get they are out of stock but then you could have asked me to wait and got me new ones like I asked. We can't wait to move out in a couple months!
