This was some of the best vegan Mexican food I’ve ever had. I actually sent the tacos back because I was sure they had accidentally given me meat instead of quinoa chorizo, but the owner came out and assured me it was vegan and told me that she had developed the recipe herself. The chocolate caliente was also the best I’ve had outside of Mexico. Wish I lived in San Diego so I could come here weekly!
