Over 1 year now and still being given excuse after excuse why they can't give me my assigned covered parking. I'm going to have to take them to court for a years rent on a parking place. Only the desperate would rent here..... Seriously!
I’m currently renting here, it’s not the greatest,but we’re stuck here til me move to Texas,the new management it’s not the greatest, I see security with guns walking around,it’s embarrassing when my family comes over,now they want to put a sign of no food or radios at the pool, like how are we supposed to enjoy our days off with the family,on a hot day.why put tables and a canopy section to set up to have a picnic outside,it’s getting ridiculous with all these rules.but they don’t enforce it on everyone,you can’t put decora... read more
I recently moved out because I needed a larger apartment. I lived in Rancho Vista for three years. Thanks to Mr. Mitesh and his hard work, this place is getting much better. He cares about the resident and their safety and peace of mind. He is a professional. The on-site maintenance staff is very friendly, too.
