I was on hold for 10 mins -new customer
I had an appointment for my sick child, and I still ended up waiting 3 1/2 hours to be seen by a doctor. Who came in and seen my child for less than five minutes and sent me on my way. The staff was rude and cold and I definitely did not feel like a priority. Having seen people come in after me being treated before us.
It was freezing cold in the exam room sitting there for 3 hours while the staff ate pizza. They spend 5 seconds examining you while you wait hours to get help. this is the kind of place that makes me never want to go to the doctor's office ever again.
