Really really bad service Panasonic set up this repair shop to come to my house to fix my tv. The appointment was set up with Carol at 10:30 am. Monday. I wanted them to come out on Tuesday, but carol said it wasn't too convenient for them tuesday. Technitian calls at 10:45 am Monday (15 min. late) to say that he will be here around 2 pm. After I moved my plans around them so it could be more convinient for them, can't even make it on time. tv owner I am recently used Rancho TV in temecula for servicing my samsung tv , the worked was excellence ,from the first contact with the office to the service man they are all very profestional and promt ,very happy and would use them again .

Great company Great and reliable company. Although I will NEVER buy Hitachi again, I would call Rancho TV if I ever needed another tv repaired. He was prompt and was very honest about the repair. He didn't charge me for the second visit, and came out with all the parts to take care of the issue. However, he soon found out that my tv was unrepairable. He gave me advice on where to buy my next tv and which brand to look for. They were reliable, helpful and I would definitely recommend them.

White Knights I called regarding my television on a Monday. The company told me that they could not come out until Tuesday. I made plans for that Tuesday. Not only did they repair my television in a timely manner, but they fought the representatives for Sony to cover my set for a warranty that Sony tied to say they wouldn't cover.

Top Notch Business Kudos once again to Rancho TV. I called because the lamp on my TV blew on a Friday afternoon and sure enough the repairman had one is his truck and set it aside for me to pick up. When I arrived to pay for the lamp, I was given a 20% discount for being a repeat customer. These people are a top notch business and can count on my family to continue being repeat customers for as long as they are in business!!

Great Job! Wow! How nice to have a small family owned business do such a great job! Our old TV is like new again. The repair guy went above and beyond by cleaning something on the back (which wasn't why we called!) and our HD picture is back! We didn't notice as the picture slowly got worse until they brought it back!! Thanks so much Ranch TV!! The Honeycutt Family
