Where do I start they left a branch destroy my tree. Then tried to con me into just fixing it they way they wanted to. Penal code states “original state” zip ties and 1x2 ain’t fixing bent metal and bamboo destroyed. I didn’t have the best fence but it wasn’t destroyed. It literally cost like $160 for the supplies and they are fighting tooth and nail to not give it up. They act like it’s redwood!!! Horrible company. They trimmed my neighbor’s tree and allowed all the branches to go over my fence and completely flatten my bushes and succulents in the planter next to the fence. When I called to rectify the situation, I was gaslit by the manager. He let me know that someone else would be calling me the following week. I have yet to receive a phone call.
