I desperately needed other towing company during my last trip, and called Rancho Towing immediately. They once again gave me an amazing price quote, and showed up within 20 minutes time. The guy who towed my car was extremely friendly and professional. Overall, anytime I have an issue and need towing in Los Altos, Rancho Towing is there.
My car broke down on the side of the road so I called Rancho Towing to come and tow it for me. While I was waiting for them to arrive I stupidly locked my car keys in the car. The tow truck arrived and I explained my predicament. The auto mechanic told me not to worry about the car keys because he also knew how to unlock car door because they also specializes in towing services. Having two sons with older style cars we have utilized the services of this Towing Company and have always found them to be reliable, efficient and professional in all aspects.
