Would have been nice if all the employees could tell you the same thing. I was pressured into having payments automatically taken from my bank, then when I closed out my unit I was told I could not get any money refunded because I had used the auto pay and that if I had written a check I could have gotten a refund and on the day I cleaned out my unit I was told to make sure I swept it out so I could get a partial refund ( I had already cleaned it out good) but even that did not get me a refund.
