I lived in this community for 3 full years and it was very good experience. Maintainance requests were quickly addressed and management was really good. Allyssa and other leasing agents are very helpful always and responds to our mails very fast and patiently answers all our questions. This community was located in Center in Fremont and Close to everything within 3 miles. If i come back to CA in future i will definately come back to this community.
They are deplorable. Don't ever stay here. I went here to visit a friend and was shocked at the maintenance or lack there of.
bed bugs everywhere and don't you guys have a emergency phone number??? hot water had been out for two days, i called yesterday during buesinesss hr, right now is night time still no one has address this problem.. is this a joke?
Nice people. Great place. Love the activities every week.
Too many Indian guys are moving into one unit with nobody trying to stop them, the population has tripled per unit,no parking and expect bedbugs atleast once a year...........
