We have had our Mercury accounts through Rancho Simi for many years, so many that I have actually lost count. We have both Auto and Home Owner's insurance with them. They have always been there to help when we needed it. Recently we had an issue with our sewage pipes and our problems were taken care of quickly and thoroughly. I can only say good things about Rancho Simi Insurance and Mercury.
