I called today and spoke Tanya, she was really sweet and made me feel like I would be taken care of. I have five vehicles and home insurance that I had with AAA but they are really expensive and they have not been helpful with my issues. Actually they have been a nightmare. She had questions and emailed me right away. They seem like they really take care of their clients.

I want to start by saying Khalid was very helpful today and would highly recommend him! I called in a panic about the increase of my insurance rate and he helped calm me and stay stay calm. He was very helpful by taking my odometer reading and talking me through all my options. He mades jokes along the way and gave me such a great experience! I can't thank him enough for being so helpful!
