The appointment was fine but the experience of buying contacts and glasses was not good. They pressured and used sales tactics instead of being transparent. I won’t be going back.
After having Dr. Smith and his team as my eye doctors since 1991, I noticed a big difference. Everyone is still very friendly and do their jobs at the highest level; however, it has become a pressured sales team. This made me wonder and sure enough it's a different and larger company now. I'm very sensitive to this kind of sales tactics.
I got prescription again and the vision test and experience is great.
