Dr. Meghdadi didn’t introduce herself as a doctor. She was condescending and seemed spacey. I left immediately. Didn’t feel confident that she knew what she was doing.
This was my first time visiting RSM Optometry with Total Vision, and I was so impressed with the experience. The doctors and staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to make me feel welcome and answer all of my questions. The appointment was efficient, but I never felt rushed. Because of how great my experience was, I’ll definitely be coming back every year for my eye exams. Highly recommend!
The appointment was fine but the experience of buying contacts and glasses was not good. They pressured and used sales tactics instead of being transparent. I won’t be going back.
