I Was looking to get my eye checked because of the pain that I’m in. I Spoke with Michelle early in the morning at 9:00am and she said they had one apt available at 1:20pm. I said let me try and ask my boss if i can move some patients around for me to make a 1:20pm apt. I made the arrangements at my dental office and opened up my work schedule to make the 1:20pm apt. Dr. Meghdadi didn’t introduce herself as a doctor. She was condescending and seemed spacey. I left immediately. Didn’t feel confident that she knew what she was doing.
This was my first time visiting RSM Optometry with Total Vision, and I was so impressed with the experience. The doctors and staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to make me feel welcome and answer all of my questions. The appointment was efficient, but I never felt rushed. Because of how great my experience was, I’ll definitely be coming back every year for my eye exams. Highly recommend!
