I lived at 186 Pergola from 1978 thru 1994. My apartment was a second level corner unit facing the parking area across from the office and it was an absolute haven for me. Any issues inside (they were few and far between) were handled quickly and thoroughly. I read in one review that the walls “were paper thin” and therefore unsatisfactory.
