My dad went to the urgent care for an ear infection today. He later went to the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics and was told he needed to pay $180 with insurance. He cannot afford this on a fixed income. I called them to ask the doctor to prescribe an alternative. They promised to call me back. I called again an hour later (4pm because they close at 5). Just walked out of urgent care a few minutes ago for pain in my right knee. I was here for a few hours which honestly isn’t all that bad for urgent care and the staff was very pleasant. Got diagnosed fairly quickly and will do an x-ray this week. They told me about getting me a wrap for the knee but then got discharged immediately so I guess I have to go buy my own now. Other than that, amazing service.
