My dad went to the urgent care for an ear infection today. He later went to the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics and was told he needed to pay $180 with insurance. He cannot afford this on a fixed income. I called them to ask the doctor to prescribe an alternative. They promised to call me back. I called again an hour later (4pm because they close at 5).
