Just walked out of urgent care a few minutes ago for pain in my right knee. I was here for a few hours which honestly isn’t all that bad for urgent care and the staff was very pleasant. Got diagnosed fairly quickly and will do an x-ray this week. They told me about getting me a wrap for the knee but then got discharged immediately so I guess I have to go buy my own now. Other than that, amazing service.
Their billing department is terrible. Would be best to avoid them at all costs. They sent a 13 dollar debt to a collection agency and claimed to have sent two notices where none were received. We'll never use San Antonio again...there is always an issue. Oh, and don't bother calling, you'll get disconnected randomly and have to start all over.
After trying to visit the ER a few days back and leaving after waiting 6 hours without seeing a doctor, going to another urgent care a few days back and being told by a doctor who saw me for less than 2 minutes to just take cough meds, I finally decided to fight for myself and go to another urgent care.
