The Management at his park is great! I have worked with parks all over the Inland Empire and Rancho Ontario is the best managed park I have worked in. Carmen, Adrian, and Cheryl work so hard to accommodate the residents and they are always friendly and willing to help. There have been issues in the past with grandchildren (coming to care for their grandparents) but really just free loading and taking advantage of the elderly. if you like high rent and NO rent control . this is the place for you. And if you like to live in a place that sets rule for your life this is a place for you. Don't think it is safe , it isn't and they will tell you they have no security. So you are on your own. The gates are a courtesy gate , what ever that means. And don't think you can sell a home here. the only one for sale are the one people abandon . Yes this is the place to retire . NOT!!!!
