Very professional and friendly. She was able to take me early and get me out quickly.
I like that it is open early and I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. The hygienist was friendly and efficient.
Bethany did an excellent job as usual and is a very pleasant person to deal with.

cancellation charge is frustrating. I responded to the reminder e-mail stating I couldn't make it. You should monitor those responses.
I was pleased with my first visit to the office. The staff, without exception, was friendly, informative, and efficient.
I really appreciated Dr. Stern's explanation of what she was doing during the appointment and how it was going to feel so that I knew what to anticipate. The front desk seemed a little preoccupied when I checked in and wasn't super friendly this time around :-(. Though, upon check out it was a great experience!
The cleaning gal was the best!
As always, the entire staff was highly professional.
