My husband and I were searching for a SUV and we found one at this dealership. Jeremy was our online sales rep and very helpful with our decision and buying process. Although Jeremy wasn't there when we arrived at the dealership, he assisted with our loan process, which made our transaction a smoother process ! I completed an application on line for a used jaguar. Rancho Motors ran my credit on this vehicle. Mike Lagasse the internet manager called me and spoke to me about some particulars. He said he would call back. Mike Lagasse called back within 10 minutes oh and this was at 8pm at night and they close at 9pm. Said he had spoke to the finance manager and all was good with this vehicle and trade in.
