Just bought a new 2016 Chevy Volt for my hubby. I was so impressed with our Sales Consultant Javier Becerra. I've never received the level of service I did today at another car dealership. We had lots of questions & he was so patient & kind. He made me very comfortable & gave us a great deal. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
Poor service im taking the business to court for not doing a rite job..after they change my transmission I take my car to walmart to change oil the guy said there's a licking oil.. So I take it back to the dealer I told them the issue n they said it cost to check to see the problem is..all of a sudden oil licking n they want to charge me..so I take it to a different Chevy dealer ..they check found out 3 licking in front...this dealer said rancho should found that licks wen they change the transmission..I really hate this dea... read more
