Definitely talk to Chelsea or Matthew if you’re looking for a car or truck. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. They were both very courteous, helpful and attentive. Everybody at rancho motors was very accommodating to make sure we were comfortable while we were here. Very pleasant experience!
I purchased a used vehicle here and about a week later I received a call saying that they had messed up the paperwork. Andrew asked me to come in so they could fix it, I told him I would, and asked if they would take a look at the truck because of some issues I was having. I came to this dealership after visiting another one, and I thought they would have a similar attitude as the other one but I was wrong. They were all very friendly with me. Nicholas Velez, above all, was very helpful and patient with me. He answered all my questions about the car I was interested in and made sure that I wasn't left confused about anything. A couple of weeks ago, we came in desperate because we had a new driver who could not drive the manual Honda Civic we bought for him. We met on a Saturday with Kyle Ward. I haven't had a better experience at Rancho Motor Company. We left the lot with a pre-used Nissan Versa. Thank you!
My A/C was blowing hot air so I brought it in to have it fixed. I made an appointment (08/10/2018) and they said to be prepared to have it take all day. I got a call the following day (08/11/2018), letting me know that they finally got to my car and that they would call me when they figured out the problem.
