My husband wanted a Chevy Colorado, so we came into Rancho Motors on Labor Day. We were greeted by Daniel Crowley. We found him to be very patient and knowledgeable about that particular interest. We found a very calm atmosphere at the sales desk. Probably the best from start to end we've experienced. Rancho Motor Company promised me a courtesy vehicle for a transmission replacement that took place under warranty and in October. I am now being billed for this courtesy vehicle and no one at Rancho Motor Company is willing to fix this issue. If you get a courtesy vehicle from them, make sure you know if it is under retail or as a courtesy contract because it seems like they are counting on their customers not knowing the difference.
