Great personal service, except when they all are not on the same page. Was told my appointment for today at 1:30 was still good, yesterday evening at 5:05pm. Arrived at my appointed time only to be told my appointment should have been canceled, I wouldn't mind but I drove 40 minutes for this appointment.

I can't get over Chevy recalling the Colbalts over two months ago and still not having the parts to fix it.Oh did I mention the reason for the recall is safety.

I don't recommend purchasing a Chevy Cruze, or purchasing from Rancho Motors. When I bought the salesman was great. But ever since it has been horrible!
