My service rep, Joann is the reason I continue to go to Rancho for service. She takes away any fear I have of being "ripped off" as they say, by dealerships. Service is terrible. I'm a younger guy so when I went in to look at vehicles a while back they never took me serious. They would not negotiate on price at all and expected me to pay sticker + tax so I left. Fast forward and I bought a car elsewhere and saved at least 5-10 grand. Well now I want some work done they are the closeat dealer so I dropped my car off and over the course of 4 days they ran into one problem stopped, out of the 4 tasks I wanted done and stopped. The only emphasis Rancho Motor Company places on customer service is negative. I have never gone in and been acknowledged or assisted in any sort of timely matter since we purchased our vehicle. Multiple times we have made an appointment for simple services and had to wait hours or been forgotten/ignored. This car company is consistently one of the most frustrating places I have ever encountered. The customer service employees are rude and lazy upon every appointment I have had with them. My husband and I wnet ot purchase a vehicle. I don't know if we didn't look the part to be buying a $60,000 car but they never took us seriously. They were the only dealership to have a very limited vehicle and we left only to find we had to go back to them if we really wanted it. They took us seriously after they saw our credit scores and the cash we had available in our bank!
