Just moved in and ran into a couple problems with the washer and kitchen sink. In a time of emergency, the maintenance tech Mauricio was quick to respond and showed up to resolve the issues quickly. He kept the worksite clean and is always friendly and professional. Mauricio is reliable and a great asset to the Rancho Monte vista community.
I loved living at Rancho Monte Vista. This was my second time here and if I need to move back to this area, it would be my first choice! Beautifully kept up, wonderful staff, high level amenities and community events make this a great place to live! Thanks
We've lived here for 3 1/2 years, my daughter, grandson and I love it. The quietness is a plus. The amazing office manager and staff, continue to ensure that the tenants needs are met and they are always respectable. Our wonderful and awesome Maintenance crew, Mauricio, Rene and Gus are always pleasant and respectable and continue to provide excellent services here at, Rancho Monte Vista Luxury Apartment Homes.
