Thank you Justin for your patience and help
This HOA is acting like a bully. HOAs can be so arrogant with their petty power.
Terrible customer service.
Would give ZERO stars for their lack of customer service and concern for tenants. Not knowing who to reach out to, we brought a neighborhood issue to The Community of Rancho Mission Viejo on 28436 Airoso Street. After four weeks of not receiving a reply we reached back out and received a snippy answer and had our problem dismissed as a “parking issue” which it isn’t. God forbid he just forward our concern to the right office, but he showed no concern. HOA fees are too high for this lack of support. Happy camping campers.
