rude nurses for the most part, acting like they were doing us a favor to answer questions about our very ill family member who was there; seemed to not bother to check in on our family member, too many beds for nurses, the assistant techs were better room was often dirty with bandages left on floor or under bed, tv went 3 days before fixed, loud ringing in hallways due to unresponsive nurses ignoring room calls for help, all they care about are medicare rules not the people there, was a nightmare. phone would just ring and r... read more

Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? They were decent Did this senior care facility prominently display their credentials or business license? Yes Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Was it easy to find parking at this senior care facility?... read more

Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure
