What a GREAT EXPERIENCE Gordon Carpenter was probably the best property manager we have ever worked with. He addressed all of our concerns and needs not only efficiently, but effectively. I would highly recommend him and Rancho Mesa Properties to anyone looking to rent or to handle their property management needs.
BEWARE Very dishonest - don't rent from Gordon Carpenter. Did not make timely repairs, tried to blame tenants for prior damage, fabricated reasons to not return deposit. BEWARE
