The website for this facility preaches ethics, integrity, accountability, respect and fairness. I have been to this facility countless times over the last few years and whenever I've had to deal with Felix, one of the operators, he has treated me with zero respect - he is a horrible person. I'm surprised Felix hasn't been arrested while on the job, and I'm surprised Rancho LPG hasn't been sued because of his actions. It's only a matter of time before it happens. Negative stars. DEMAND THIS FACILITY BE PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN. 26 million gallons of ultra flammable propane and also butane stored in 50 year old tanks built on a liquefaction zone on the Palos Verdes Fault Line, this is a horrific, unacceptable risk to the surrounding communities including the Ports of LA and Long Beach. The operators are criminals.
Security personnel and a couple of operators are on top of their work.
25 million gallons of butane gas stored near a residential neighborhood by a fault line. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. The blast zone would be 3 miles if anything were to happen...
