This was the first time I ever received an MRI and they offered ear plugs which made it be the best MRI appointment that I've ever had on top of the visuals playing on the screen while you're laying down. I'm typically in pain and feeling a lot of sensory input from MRIs, but this like I said was the best yet and all of the staff were very friendly. Dr. Guerrero is an amazing neurologist and you can tell that she cares for her patients. The physical therapy is pretty top tier!

Terrible service. There may be five or more phone numbers listed, but you only get an automated system that keeps you on hold for hours until you give up; they never actually answer. When you finally manage to reach the therapy department, they just tell you that you are on a waiting list and that they will call you back, but that never happens. One of best experiences I've had in a hospital. Very caring staff from security to nursing! Clean and modern. Only issue was a little confusing finding entrance after hours?
