This is a nightmare u don't want to live here bad management heart less!!!!!lot of thieves here cars broken then bike stolen from the patio apartments broken and you know it's all bad here!!!!

beware total nightmare – We lived there for 3 years which started out ok but the second the new management took over the whole operation went down the toilet. We lived in a one bedroom apt above a family of 5 also a one bedroom. They were awful and were never asked to move. We had a truck towed from the property without notice even though there was a truck with all tires deflated and no tags four spots down from us. Keep looking – Do not live here these apartments are dangerous. Murrieta has a bit of south LA . Full of attics and illegals. Beware !!!!!!! Police activity nightly. The front office will lie to you and tell you they are safe great apartments just like they did me, and since they girls that work in the front are about my age I trusted them.

Managers are very understanding – I like the manager, she helps, understand us a lot. Although we did have some problems before, but, they did how ever fixed it. They can only do so much, but, they also cannot babysit those teenagers and other things. They tried their best. But, the main thing, they understand and very friendly. They also do help when we needed help with fixing things in the apartment, like cabinet, bathtub, and so forth

No concern for safety here – Since the new owners took over I had nothing but problems. Someone drove through my patio, and the managers were not concerned at all about safety. I have three kids. Did they pursue this and try to find out who they were..not at all. The next day our car was broken into. The manager replied, not our problem. The place looks dirty, there is trash all over and there is no concern for safety at all. I do not reccomend this place to anyone and hope that we get some qualified managers to step in soon... read more

lousy apartments – I would rate this below zero, since the new owners took over. they only have two maintanence people to do everything, and the place looks it, they try, but the place looks like the slums, dirty, trash all over. the office staff are so so, they say one thing and don't follow thru, they say one thing and do something else. If you pay on time and keep to the rules of the complex then you get screwed, and the ones that break the rules nothing happens. I wouldn't recommend this place.
