Lisa, if you know who is leaving food around for the cats.... why have you not informed management? You got pics and evidence? Send it all to me please. I need help. The neighbor feeding the cats in the empty lot state's..."that is your problem " when I imlored that she quit feeding the stray cats. Help us infested with cats. City won't. Trailer park won't. What can we do to protect ourselves.? We are senior citizens 😳

Very nice family park, has some vacant lots due to removing the ugly old homes but are filling them up with brand new homes. Cats are a problem in the park due to resident's feeding them and the city having a free roaming policy. The park dies work with a few tenants to TNR. The park offers a lot of discounts for long term residency including rent stabilization pn rent increases, discount on sewer and trash for seniors and we also have rental assistance for those that are elderly and or disabled after a period of one year of... read more
We have to raise the rent, it's in the lease. We offer a discount as you mentioned and everyone on the lease has to sign in order to obtain it. We offer several options like power of attorney or using a notary to get the paperwork signed by all parties. Therefore if its not signed we can not apply discount. ***** knows who is being contacted in the park regarding lot maintance or rule violations or even what color there skin is to be a matter of fact.
