Good place to call home I have lived at Rancho for almost a year and have never had any major issues. There are a lot of kids but it's overall fairly quiet. I've never had any major problems, and you can always find parking (which is rare for apartment living). The apartments are very spacious and much cheaper and bigger than any competitors. Staff is great and maintenance staff is just as good. I will re-lease when the time comes.
they suck! I have lived there over a year and have a massive roach problem. I have contacted management everyday practically and they refuse to fix the problem. after researching the issue, they are german cockroaches in which spread diseases and most people have kids there. On top of that, they dont fix the problems that are their responsibility like the lights outside or the sprinklers that damage what is on your porch. So dont rent from this place at all!!!!!!
This Apartment Complex Reminds Me of Government Housing... This is a newly developed apartment complex with 2 swimming pools, a weight room and a jacuzzi. That sounds good but in reality only 1 swimming pool is operational. The apartment complexed is geared toward people with children. The units range from 1 -4 bedrooms with numberous bathrooms.
