I have no idea who I spoke to, but I work with helping coordinate patients care for better health and social outcomes for the state of CA. I am working with a mutual patient with this office, the woman I spoke to had no interest in hearing where I was calling from nor how I want to help the patient. Spoke over my voice and was incredibly rude. If that's any indication on how this place operates I can see why the patient is under distress and trying desperately to change providers.
The provider is really kind and nice. But the staff is really mean and bad behavior they always create hardness for the patients
Doctor wasn’t helpful whatsoever and had an attitude. Switching my pcp after my 1st visit. Nurses were great.
