When I came to get an evaluation of my teeth to determine what had to be done you had a patient prior to me that was causing a problem as your equipment was malfunctioning . This I can understand but to have to wait in excess of 2 hours and not get what I came for is no excuse. I am not in the habit of having to wait that long nor am I looking to pay twice for the same thing. Normally I would have walked out of your office completely.
