Worst place to rent. The worst place. Ghetto and management is the worst.
You pay close to $2,000 for rent alone for a manager that's never there, random home inspections, roaches, car gates than never work and water and light shortages.
Okay so Ima give you the run down on this TRASH place. #1 THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING. #2 THEY DECIDE WHAT AN EMERGENCY IS. #3 UNSUPERVISED KIDS BREAKING STUFF OUTSIDE. #4 RAMDOM/NEW RULES ALL THE TIME #5 SAYS PET FRIENDLY BUT ISNT. #6 HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT #7 RANDOM WATER OUTAGES. #8 GATE/PARKING PROBLEMS. Manager and management dont fix anything. Been here over 2 and half years. Rent is almost 1900 for a 2 bedroom. Not worth it at all. They redo all apts but wont redo old ones of people who live here long term. Many problems with apt lots of complaints and still nothing fixed. The manager is unfriendly especially to people with dogs and always requesting paperwork for animals and this is suppose to be a pet friendly building but she dont want people having dogs.
