Had been going to this hospital for years. Will not recommend to anyone any longer. Minimal wait of one hour BEFORE they allow you to enter their facility. They will charge you for procedures yet not complete them. Also give you an estimate for procedures done that day whether effective or not, then give you additional estimate on how much it would cost to complete the original procedure...AFTER YOU PAY FOR THE FIRST PROCEDURE.
RecommendedI can not say enough nice things about this place or the employees. Had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our family member today and the staff made accomadations so our big family of 10 was able stay with him till the end. If it weren't for the compassion of the staff that wouldn't have been possible right now with all this covid stuff and it meant the world to us.
The Dr's there really care about the pets. I have taken my dog there. when he was very scared and leary. within a few minutes he was calm . I trust all the Dr's that work there.
Their office manager Jerry is the rudest person and severely lacks customer service. He actually hung up on me. Made excuses about having to deal with rude customers all the time and having to follow Covid restrictions like wearing a mask all day long. Excuses excuses instead of listening apologizing for overcharging me again and offering to send me a zero balance receipt which is what I was asking for. They were negligent in recommending a treatment that didn’t work on my beardie before (to charge more $) and she starting dying 4 hours later and I had to watch her limp, bloated body gasping for air and died 6 hours later. I called the manager to see if I could get a refund or discount on my next appointments but he was a jerk and was completely unapologetic and said it was my fault for agreeing to the treatment and that she was sick when she came in. Dr. Hare and staff were very friendly and thorough. CHEECH, my son and I thank you very much.
We knew we loved this place when Dr. Brown cried with us as our tortoise, who was unable to move his back legs, had to be put to sleep. No where else have we received such tender and professional care for our animals. We have been going to see the great people here for many years. They have helped us keep our young dogs healthy and, when they grew old , as comfortable and active as they possible could be. We now have two new young dogs and wouldn't take them any place else. I have been going to Dr. Rose Brown for years and love her and the staff!
One of the thoughtful and dedicated animal hospitals I have seen. Every visit seems important to them and not just another customer or pet. When I had to put one of our dogs down earlier this year, this team of people really went above and beyond in many ways.
