First impression - Excellent! I called around several places this morning because my dog was not feeling well at all. Thankfully I found Rancho San Diego Animal Hospital, only a couple dollars more than some of the others I called, a couple miles away, and they had an opening. Plus, they had a coupon on their website. Clinic was super clean and nice. Customer service, bedside manner of staff and Dr. McNeil is wonderful. Knowledgeable, affordable. Best Veterinarian Hospital. Dr Brown is amazing. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. She is the Vet to go to and especially if your pet is an exotic. She knows them ALL!
