I sent a message twice asking a simple question, the second time through their own contact form. It went unanswered, though I basically got a sales email trying to be my realtor. When I responded that I still needed an answer to my question, Ben said he hadn't seen it and I should send it again. I let him know that I had sent it twice, so I knew they had it, and asked why they put a message section in their contact form if nobody reads them. We moved to Texas not long ago and and I'm so glad I found Ranchman Properties to find my family a home! Although finding a new home can be stressful, Ben and Jason made the experience fun and their outlook was always so positive, we knew we would find the right home with them. They were always so prompt to show us homes too - we really appreciated that. They made us feel welcome in Texas and we are so thankful we found them! Such a great experience.
