We have stayed at this motel multiple times with and without pet when just in Kamloops for a night and want something comfy but not expensive. The motel is a little bit older but rooms are clean and comfortable. I have never tried the hot tub not sure how it is. Breakfast is very basic like muffin and apple so I usually don't even bother. Location wise it's close it's by the highway so it's still pretty convenient. Not the best hotel in town but definitely good value.

If you stay on the lower floor, you hear every little sound upstairs I had to phone the management and he did nothing about it. It wouldn’t give me a discount for the people keeping us awake all night so if you want a good sleep, this ain’t the place to stay. I think it’s too old and not up to sell specs. And it still cost me $240 for the night and the sheets had stains on them And when I talk to my husband, he says one thing and does another I asked him to put his in a room where we can get some sleep and he said don’t worr... read more

If I could give zero stars I would, booked a room as we were passing through. Took our money and got to the hotel with the main office lights on and open sign. Currently have been sitting outside for 20 minutes calling and ringing doorbell
