I paid 50 for a pedicure and felt like that person was in a rush to get to the next client. Instruments did not come in a sterile pouch. Also my pedi was suppose to come with callous remover and he did not do that. Nail trim and color was bad. Will not return here

I walked in and was immediately sat down. I advised I wanted a full set acrylic and was offered gel x when I advised I was uninterested there was no further conversation. Then I started noticing all the tools and tables were not the cleanest. The basket where they were kept was full of powder residue from what I’m assuming was prior Clients. Also I noticed everyone that came after me was given a drink. Champagne, coffee etc. and I was offered nothing. I paid $85 for this set, mind you the polish wasn't even gel. The experience at Ranch Nail was excellent from the phone call to schedule all the way to check out. I appreciated the timeliness of staff and the attention to detail. I went for a gel manicure and wax service. I would definitely recommend this place.

I got gel x and After 10 days a nail fell off and another was chipping. There is still gel polish where the gel x fell off because the gel x was not flush with the base of my nail. After one week my nails already looked grown out because the nail was not placed at base of my nail. I went back and simply asked to have them removed, they wanted to charge me to have them removed. I then asked how long gel x should last and they said sometimes two weeks. I have had multiple gel x sets that last as long is it takes for me to get ... read more
