It was my first time here and last and to be honest never again they were very unprofessional by skipping me many times when I had signed up on the waiting list after waiting 15 minutes four people came in after me thinking they were by appointment and I asked them personally if they had an appointment they said no so they skipped me on purpose that speaks volume on the kind of service they provide very poor and lack of customer service they aren't taking my money thank you!!! you guys did me a favor.
Absolutely love my pedi every time! Julie, cherish and Luis are talented, professional, and always pay attention to detail. Highly recommend—5 stars!
First time coming here and I can say I will be going back, I even told my sister in law about this place and she said she being going as well
No peds here for me. I didn't like the experience. 1x attempt. Nails yes so far it's had been a great experience except 1x. The nail tech was busy talking to someone and I ended up with a cut on the side of my nail. They did apologize. I will update as needed.
I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with the service my daughter received. The technician seemed rushed throughout the appointment and had my daughter pay and leave before her polish was completely dry. That same day, one of her nails chipped, and we also noticed bubbles in the polish, polish left on the cuticles, and an overall sloppy finish.
