DR HORTON 90 DAYS PAST DUE ON $250 PAYMENT!! NO COMMUNICATION FROM MANAGEMENT THUS FAR! Home had no AC, water was not turned on, etc at time of final inspection by home inspector. Home inspector had to return for 2nd FINAL with DR Horton agreeing via email to pay the bill for the 2nd FINAL inspection. Still following up and still waiting. Very poor communication on such a SIMPLE close out item. I do credit Hunter for trying, but no results thus far. We love our new home in Ranch Haven! It is a beautiful and safe neighborhood with natural views of trees and open space. Dina was wonderful to work with! She is very friendly and helpful. She patiently took her time in helping us choose the perfect house on the lot that best met our family’s needs. I’d highly recommend Dina and Ranch Haven.
