In a crisis go to ER instead. I was in shock, discussed money, gave a check on down payment; was asked for credit card, got debit card. I would say in a severe crisis, I d go to ER instead. I was so discombobulated that I didn't get a receipt, my check was turned down for a down payment, got debit card, per their request for a credit card, filled out papers I didn't recall. Money was run through on a holiday? I got no receipt day of dog getting hit by car. I never talked to a vet during the span of 18th-21st.
