The ENTIRE staff at Paradise Parasail was nice and personable! My cousin and I walked up to the stand and they were quick to helping us out and getting us on the boat. My cousin just moved here so the crew on the beach were informative on how my cousin should apply. Besides the application aspect, I would like to give compliments to our Captain Justin. The staff at Paradise Parasail was super nice and helpful. The experience was amazing for our party of 6! We made reservations by phone; they gave clear and direct answers. Check in on the day was fast and efficient! But kudos to Captain Justin who went way above and beyond customer service. He delivered a safe, smooth and enjoyable ride but what impressed us more, was the way he handled and resolved a small technical glitch with photos.
