I highly recommended Dr. Baroudi. She did my gum graft and the results are excellent. She’s a very caring and superb clinician. You’ll be in excellent hands if you find yourself needing a periodontist.
I had a mixed experience at this office. Dr. Baroudi was kind, efficient, and made the procedure itself go smoothly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the billing and administrative side was very frustrating. Before my final check-up, I received an email stating I owed an additional $1,000+ due to insurance estimates, with no prior explanation. Absolutely shady and unprofessional. They promised a specific service with a specific doctor, then pulled a last-minute bait-and-switch with a different, clearly less experienced doctor without proper notice or consent. Pricing is outrageously high compared to the market, and after taking your money they leave you alone to deal with insurance headaches. Would never go back and would warn others to stay far away.
Dr. Trung Nguyen is awesome! I was referred by my dentist for periodontal treatment and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Nguyen over other doctors. Dr. Nguyen was professional, very skillful, attentive and friendly. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and calm my dental anxiety before surgery. I have had two dental implants placed by Dr. Baroudi. She is amazing at what she does, has general hands and makes you feel comfortable through the entire procedure. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends she will not disappoint you.
