Do not be late! I got lost (coming from 45 mins away) was late for the 1st appointment. In part bc the elevator was out and there was a line of us waiting to use the 1 elevator. But also, bc of me. Arrived at 10:15 for 10 am appointment. Was told need to reschedule as they will not see me. Please know this ahead of time. Wish they had warned me. Such a pretty down when scrambling to arrive, only to be flat out turned away.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I wanted to switch Drs. to Dr. Mansour who has excellent reviews and I was told because my PCP referred me to another doctor years ago there I was an established patient and could not switch. I was not happy with the other Dr who invested no time in me. Pretty crazy policy to tell me what doctors I’m going to invest my time, health, and money in!
Dr. Batke is friendly and informative, extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
Not great on customer service! Needed to make an Urgent appointment for my 80 year-old mother with dementia. Was told by office staff I could not make her appointment without her permission. Wouldn’t listen to an explanation just kept saying that’s their office policy. Well I guess they don’t want business because a lot of geriatrics have people making appointments for them!
