Dr. Gill and IDT were very professional and accommodating. I’d highly recommend to friends and family. Patients often react emotionally (understandably so), however, coming prepared with documentation and prepared questions my experience was great. My doctor also returned my call and answered questions very quickly.
Would not tell me if they took my insurance. I had to send a picture of my card wait for them to send the picture some where else to determine whether or not the doctor accepted my insurance. Couldn't just tell me on the phone. Office staff were completely unprofessional and couldn't accommodate me. I am am older lady and u able to take pictures with my phone. they are so behind and they wasted my time and the front desk is rude as hell. She is horrible at customer service. She wouldn’t help me out to be rescheduled or anything. I wish there was 0 stars!
Dr. Mansour Was a wonderful Dr . Great bedside manner ! Very thorough on the procedure and after surgery details!! Would recommend him highly!!
I had a very disappointing experience at Endoscopic Solutions in Oxford with Dr. Dina Bain. I came in with some concerns, expecting a basic exam or evaluation. Instead, without conducting any physical exam—not even checking for something as common as hemorrhoids—Dr. Bain immediately scheduled me for a colonoscopy. At 34 years old, I felt this was an extreme and premature recommendation, especially considering the procedure would cost over $6,000 with a $1,000+ co-pay.
