I had a very disappointing experience at Endoscopic Solutions in Oxford with Dr. Dina Bain. I came in with some concerns, expecting a basic exam or evaluation. Instead, without conducting any physical exam—not even checking for something as common as hemorrhoids—Dr. Bain immediately scheduled me for a colonoscopy.
