They ignored so many of our issues. My bedroom only had the storm glass (the actual window was missing) and they never fixed it. My room was freezing during the winter as a result. It was filthy when we moved in and black mold in the air conditioning made me awfully sick. The owners are rude and greedy. The rent wasn’t super high but it was way too much for what we got. I lived in an apartment rented by them for a year. In that year, they raised rent, and even had maintenance walk in while I was showering without knocking. The air condition stayed broken throughout the last 6 months, and I couldn’t keep black mold from growing in the bathroom. Also a bird managed to burst it’s way through my return air vent. Ramesy rentals was a great rental company from the website reviews! I was looking for an apartment with utilities included since I was a sole income. Through the process, I viewed units and found some that I was interested in. Before viewings, I stated the I had a pet with ESA certification. Little did I know what unprofessionalism the company would present to ESA. Not only was I denied but they refused to contact me further after multiple attempts.
