Josh Gibbons sold me a house that day 2, all toilets, sinks, tubs backed up and over flowed. Day 5, Slab Leak costing 20k+ Home warranty doesn't pay this preexisting issue. Neighbors knew of issues and state it was discussed many times. Plumbing Company say no possible way for owners not to know. Josh was thier agent and turned out was my buyer agent. Can you guess who he took care of?
