The actual appointment itself was great, but ordering the glasses was not. I was not informed that without the anti reflective coating in the glasses, that it would look blurry, and I would be unable to see out of the glasses. Yes, I was offered the anti reflective, but I was unaware that without it, the glasses are not wearable. The only option I was given was to take them how they are, or pay $105 to send them back to get the antireflective coating. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called and scheduled my husbands appt with them and told them what medical insurance he had. And specifically asked how eye was covered. I was told that if his vision didn’t cover his visit his medical WOULD. He calls me and says “hey my insurance didn’t cover this” so I have him put me on speaker. They recommend submitting everything for insurance to (maybe) reimburse and charge $230 which is insane for an eye exam. I had a fantastic experience at Ramsey EyeCare. The staff (Cheryl, Haley) was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist (Dr Gaal) took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for from start to finish.
Great doctors and staff! Dr. Bellamy and team really do outstanding and take care of their patients! Excellent service and product!
